Readers are requested to make appropriate inquiries and take appropriate advice before sending money, incurring any expense or entering into a binding commitment in relation to any advertisement. PHPL (Pakistan Herald Publications Pvt. Limited) shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage incurred or suffered as a result of his / her accepting or offering to accept an invitation contained in any advertisement published in its newspapers.
 

Some advertisements may be subject to occasional deletion/ exclusion in other city editions for reasons of space. Advertisers must inform DAWN in advance in case they intend to pursue guaranteed placements of their advertisements across all editions. The management of PHPL shall not be liable for compensation against such advertisements in the event of their exclusion.
 

Advertisers are requested to note that both acceptance and placement of advertisements in its newspapers shall be strictly at the discretion of PHPL.
